The lunch consisted of the Spring Salad Mix from Trader Joe's with cucumbers, shelled edemame, frozen corn and carrots cut in the shape of stars. To the left of the salad are some fresh mango chunks and fresh blueberries. In the sauce container is some sesame dressing from Trader Joe's.
I haven't been making bentos lunches lately because I have been pretty lazy. Hopefully this post will inspire me to start making healthy lunches again.
